Friends have made a big comeback. It was popular in the '90s and it's popular now. My mom used to watch it all the time when it played every week on tv. I would run to the living room just to hear the theme song every time the show started and then I would return to my Barbie Dolls. Fast forward to last year, I never understood why my mother was still so obsessed with the show and why it was making such a huge comeback. I finally decided to give the tv show a chance, and I've watched it so many times on Netflix since then that I've actually lost count. While binge-watching the show again, I did notice a continuity mistake. The toilet in Joey's and Chandler's bathroom moves from being behind the door to being in front. Here's the evidence.

In episode 11 of the first season, there is no toilet to be seen. It can easily be assumed that it's behind the door. There's a sink at least, which does also change places later on, and I just realized while writing this that even the bathtub isn't there yet.

I'm sure we've seen the guys' bathroom more than once since season 1, but I chose this episode where Monica and Chandler are secretly dating to prove my point. In The One With All The Kissing (season 5 episode 2), we see that not only is the bathtub there, but the sink has indeed moved to the other wall next to the toilet.

In the One with The Kips, exactly three episodes after The One With All The Kissing, the toilet moves to the other wall, only to move back next to the sink later on in further episodes.

Here it is once again, back where it belongs right next to the sink, behind the door in Season 9. Let's hope the guys' bathroom didn't change all that much throughout the other episodes. I can just imagine how confusing it must have been for Joey.
